Kathryn Smith Ballard is a civic leader in Tallahassee, FL with a deep rooted commitment to education, community engagement, and championing opportunities for others. She has notably served on the Florida Board of Special Olympics and the Board of Directors of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
A graduate of Florida State University, Mrs. Ballard has remained actively engaged with her alma mater through service on the Board of Trustees for the Florida State University College of Health and Human Sciences and the Florida State Board of Trustees. Currently, she is serving as Chair of the Student Affairs Committee, where she helps guide initiatives that enhance the student experience.
Mrs. Ballard also chaired the Maclay School Capital Campaign and served on the Maclay School Board of Trustees, supporting one of Tallahassee's premier college preparatory schools.
